Joy Jones serves as the programmatic training coordinator at the Early Childhood Center (ECC), Indiana Institute on Disability and Community (IIDC). In this role, she leads the design and implementation of digital learning experiences and training materials that strengthen professional development and program outcomes across Indiana’s early childhood systems. She also maintains and enhances the ECC website, ensuring accessibility, usability, and up-to-date content. Joy manages outreach efforts, including social media, and promotional materials for ECC projects, such as the Indiana Early Intervention Conference, and supports center blogs, podcasts, and apps. Finally, Jones organizes and manages events, liaises with stakeholders, and serves as the point of contact for inquiries.

Before joining the Early Childhood Center, Joy supported community-based education and outreach programs in several nonprofit settings.

Degrees

Jones holds a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Emmanuel Christian Seminary (1999), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Milligan College (1995).
