The Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) is offering three trainings in June for employment specialists, VR staff, and other Indiana employment professionals. CCLC’s Employment Technical Assistance team has revamped the trainings, which are now all presented in a Zoom or a blended format, combining Zoom sessions and online content modules.

Supported Employment: Developing Natural Supports
Learn how to partner with employers to develop natural supports. Establishing these strong relationships is key to heightened job satisfaction, higher wages, and increased potential for advancement. With strong natural supports in place, you'll be able to fade your presence, allowing you to assist someone else achieve the same success!
