Dr. Rebecca S. Martínez Named New Director of Indiana Resource Center for Autism at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community

 

Dr. Rebecca S. Martínez will begin her new role as Director of the Indiana Resource Center for Autism at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University - Bloomington, on August 1, 2023.

Dr. Martínez is a licensed psychologist and associate professor in the Counseling Psychology Program in the School of Education at Indiana University - Bloomington. Her research has focused on reading intervention, the psychological wellness of autistic women and girls, and racial and social justice in mental health practice.

Dr. Martínez brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the role, and we are excited to see her advance IRCA’s mission of working on behalf of individuals across the autism spectrum and their families. Please join us in welcoming her to the IIDC.
